I'm inspired by all things natural and wild, and I channel that into my designs, using seasonal flowers and never with floral foam or plastics. I love moody and dark colour palettes, wild aesthetics and getting creative with alternative ideas. But I also love to play with bright colours and fun combinations!
Wedding flowers can mean different things to different couples, so choosing the right florist can be quite daunting. It may not just be about the colour scheme or a favourite flower, but a place you love, a smell or someone special. That's why I want to make every wedding as personal as possible, focus on the details, and create something that its completely and utterly all about you.
I've been working with wedding couples as a Wedding Coordinator for over five years at Victoria Baths, so I know how overwhelming wedding planning can be, especially when there's so many expectations placed on you and its hard to not lose sight of what it is you actually want. So as your florist, I'll work with you to gather all your ideas and create something that is totally unique and personal to you. There's no set way of doing wedding flowers, and I love thinking outside the box. Whether you want all fresh, all dried or a combination of both, I'm confident you'll love whatever it is.
Everything I do is completely inspired by nature. Whether its a mid summer, bright and vibrant garden or the misty woods in autumn, I'll bring elements of those to my designs and maybe even a little bit of nature itself wherever is appropriate. This means I only work with seasonal flowers and materials.
I don't work off a set price list so I can tailor things especially to you. If you have a budget in mind, I can show you ideas that would work and suggest way to make changes to you can have the flowers that you really want. Please note, my minimum spend for 2025 is £1000, but I can accept smaller packages depending on the wedding you're having. Just get in touch if you want to discuss this.
Enquiries for 2025 are open, and you can get in touch to book a consultation via my enquiry form here or by emailing pennyandpetals@gmail.com. Please include the date of your wedding and the venue (ceremony and reception if in different locations).
I can't wait to hear from you!
